Delivery + Returns

Delivery

Orders are sent within 24 hours Monday to Friday*. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for us to pick and pack your order. 


If you receive a shipping notification on Saturday or Sunday it means we have packed your order however couriers collect Monday to Friday so your order will still be processed by our couriers on business days. This includes express orders which are also collected during business hours.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Sale periods can add 1-2 days to our processing time.

  • Standard delivery within Australia is free for orders over $150
  • Shipping for orders under $150 is $10

Standard delivery is 1-7 days from dispatch. Metro areas are generally within 1-3 days, WA and rural areas can take up to 10 days. 

  • Express shipping within Australia is $15 

Delivery is within 1-2 days from dispatch.

International delivery outside of Australia is free for orders over $150. Delivery is within 7-14 days from dispatch depending on your location.

International delivery under $150 is $30. 

To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours.  Please also include a phone number in case the local courier in your country needs to contact you. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure that you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.

We use couriers where you can track your parcel at each step of the way. A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has been hand collected by our courier network.

Delivery times may be impacted by customs clearance delays.

Full price stock is eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes our first order offer NEWTOPFEIFFER. We offer an easy printable returns shipping label for $15. Exchanges on full priced purchases are complimentary.

*Please note orders paid for with Afterpay can only be returned for a store credit. Afterpay charge us a hefty commission and that commission is not returned to us when we refund you. We prefer to keep our prices as fair as possible without having to factor this in as a cost in our pricing.

ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE

Items that have been reduced are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault on a case by case basis. This allows us to give you the best possible price. Thank you for your understanding.

ITEMS BOUGHT ON FLASH SALES

Full priced items bought during  PFEIFFER promotions like Black Friday or flash sales with a promotional code (excluding our welcome code) can be exchanged for another item or online store credit within 14 days but not refunded.

Online credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS

-Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, tanning products and perfume, please be mindful of this when trying on the garment.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in original condition with swing tags attached and original packaging

- Please return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us if there are shipping delays or reasonable circumstances.

-Refunds and exchanges in line with our policy are accepted across stores and online.

-Please note that achieving an exact colour match can be challenging due to variations in capturing images for online display, and colour discrepancies are not valid grounds for a return.

Please use our returns portal link below for returns and exchanges on full priced garments within Australia.

Orders that are sent without using the portal or without approval from customer service will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

If your item is returned outside of the delivery time frame or is in breach of our return conditions we will issue a store credit or return the item back to you depending on the time frame.

Please securely pack and return your order to the address below. Pfeiffer does not cover the cost of return shipping. Please check our returns policy to make sure your garment complies.

To give you the best price possible, Pfeiffer does not accept returns or exchanges on sale garments unless deemed faulty on a manufacturing basis. All sale items are final sale.

Rest assured that when you place an order with us, if that item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase and we still have your size and colour in stock, contact our customer service and we will send you the price difference as a store credit.

Yes. If your order is within our Return Policy requirements, you are more than welcome to return it in-store at any one of our stand alone Pfeiffer boutiques.
